THVD1429: Clamp voltage of internal TVS

THVD1429 has internal TVS diode, but I couldn't find the clamp voltage value on datasheet.

Could you tell me how much is the clamp voltage of internal TVS diode?

It's a good question. The clamp voltage of the internal TVS diode is around 17V. The conducting of each specific case depends on the pulse energy and timing. Please let me know if you have more questions.

I have another question.

TI has flat clamp surge protection device which is based on FET solution. (like TVS1801)

In THVD1429, Is this TVS solution same as FET solution like TVS1801?

I'm sorry I thought I've given the answer. The ESD of THVD1429 behaves more like a traditional TVS diode and is different with the FET solution of TVS1801. Please let me know if you have more questions.
