Dear sir,

we are the UPS manufacturer from Bangalore (India) we require some confirmation regarding TI information so

kindly confirm us the doc what we have attached below is official doc from Texas instruments or not because earlier the IC's pin lead frame is of silverish in colour (brighter apperance) but new batch ic's pin lead frame is reddish brown in colour  so kindly confirm us 

1. is attached doc is directly from texas instruments.

2. why this changes made?

    Yes, it's a TI document. The roughened lead frame gives better solderability and reliability. Nevertheless there are no differences in electrical performance. Please let me know if you have more questions.
