DS90LV028AQ-Q1: Output pin state under VCC=0V

Part Number: DS90LV028AQ-Q1

Hi,

  1. When VCC=0V, is the output pin (ROUT1, ROUT2) state high-impedance or connected to GND?
  2. When would WSON be available?

Thanks.

  • Hello,

I am looking into this and will get back to you on the state of the outputs (ROUTx) when the device is not powered. I think they will be high impedance, but trying to confirm.

Regarding the SON package, samples are available now, and production is expected in 4Q.

  • Hi,

There are ESD diodes to VDD and GND on the output pins.  This will make a low impedance path to GND if any signal large enough to turn on the diode to GND.  For signal amplitudes between -0.3 and +0.3V I would expect a relatively high impedance.
