I read the TCAN1042 data sheet.
I would like to ask about receiver electrical characteristics Vit + and Vit-.
If the input voltage to the receiver is between 900mV and 500mV,
Is the switching threshold of positive and negative in this area different for each IC?

Yes, the switching threshold is nominally towards the center of the range but can vary to either maximum extreme when accounting for worst-case part-to-part variation as well as the full operating temperature and voltage ranges.
