dear :

our customer plan to used this chip as an Error code Meter, please help to confirm the following problems:

1.Is there only 25M calibration clock or need a separate reference clock? What is the reference clock frequency and where is it input to the chip

2.DCA oscilloscope needs to use the Triger signal, can we get the signal from the chip pin.

25MHz clock is the only reference clock signal required by this reitmer. Beyond this 25MHz calibration clock, all that you need to be able to output data is a valid input data signal
You may either use trigger signal from your data source to the retimer, or measure retimer channel output signal single-ended while feeding the other signal (data or databar) to the DCA trigger input
