Hi,

May I ask if we are able to improve the slew rate of transceiver?

Please refer to the capture below, the transceiver output is at CH3

Please let us know if further information needed.

Thanks for your help.

  • Hello,

What would you like to improve about the slew rate of the driver?  The waveforms you provided look good to me.  In general there is not much that could be done to increase slew rate besides increasing termination resistance values.  The slew rate can be slowed down by adding capacitance between the Y and Z lines.  The more capacitance between these, the slower the slew rate will be.  (You could also add a small-valued series resistance along with the capacitance to form a differential RC low-pass filter.)

    Regards,
    Max
