Hi Karen,
The TCA9534 is an enhanced version of the PCA9534 with an extended supply voltage range (1.65v min vs. 2.3v min) and performance enhancements related to Power-On Reset.
The TCA9534 and TCA9534A have different static addresses. This allows for up to 16 devices on the same I2C bus (8 of each).
