I have a case where the DP83848Q-Q1 detects the link is up, and lights the LINK LED, and blinks it when there is activity.
However, the CRS_DV signal is low, and the register 1 LUP bit is 0.
The LINK LED says link is up, but the CRS_DV signal says link is down, and LUP says link is down.
The DP83848Q-Q1 says I have tea AND no tea.
Any help appreciated.
