Customer used Sipex SP3232E, I promoted TRS3232E to replace.
When replacing SP3232E with TRS3232E in customer board by welding, it can't commnicate successfully.
Do you know why?

What's the setup of the IC, like the value of external capacitor and the supply? To debug, you can start from V+/V- pins (charge pump output), which govern the driver’s output voltage amplitude. If V+/V- don’t reach the expected voltage (V+>5V, V-<-5V), the communication could have problem. Please let me know if you have more questions. If V+/V- look OK, you can check the driver and receiver output to see if they response to the input. Please let me know if you have more questions.
