Does retimer still do some enhance on signal when "bypass mode" was been enable?
customer face problem that when they reduce the amplitude of MAC TX, but the output of the retimer no amplitude no change. the only change is jitter.

In CDR bypass mode, you can use manual CTLE settings - if needed.
Also, please note amplitude is independent of the MAC TX. Please refer to the DS250DF410 programming guide for changing DS250DF410 output amplitude and FIR settings.
