DP83822IF: COL pin internal pull-up/pull-down

Are you using MII or RMII mode? Also, are you using full- or half-duplex? In MII full-duplex, this pin will always be low.

I think COL status is showing internal pull-up/down state when DP83822 reads bootstrap setting while power on. Because the mode will be set while reset status.

The customer check the COL voltage while power up and voltage is low so I want to confirm the internal status of COL pin.

The customer uses in FX mode. The customer removes pull-up and pull-down resister of COL pin and could access to DP83822 propery.

From below pictures, it would be thinkable COL pin is pull-down internall by 9kohm.
