Hi Sir,

Our customer used the TUSB212 on product, But Eye diagram Fail as below,

How Can I to improve this issue?

it seems DC is low,are you floating pin 9 (ENA_HS) now?, pls try 22k pullup on pin 9.

Whether it is pull high or pull low, the eye diagram remains unchanged.

Can you force RST pin low and take eye diagram again? If eye diagram is same, then TUSB212 did not work as expected.

Following your suggestion I had force RST pin low and take eye diagram,

the eye is still condition remains, TUSB212 doesn't seem to work.

do you short D1p to D2p, D1n to D2n?

SInce your VCC is always on, you need to reset the device after you changed any DC or AC setting.

Pls look at TUSB2xx implementation guide slla392.pdf at 5.1 for the correct test procedure.
