Hi Ian,

The schematic attached seems to the schematic symbol labelled HD3SS3212 not HD3SS460. TX1/2 should be AC coupled with 220nF and RX1/2 should be AC coupled with 330 nF, at the pins closest to the connector. Otherwise schematic looks good from HD3SS460 perspective.
