DP83822I: Bob smith termination : voltage rating of capacitor

Hi

My customer refer the following application note

We are recommending over 2.5kV rating capacitor for Bob smith termination in this application note.

However, DP83822EVM's capacitor is 250V rating.

Which is correct? Should the customer use 2.5V rating capacitor?
