In the table there are the same value 2000V for HBM and for CDM. Is it possible?
We checked this classification C5 and found the ESD values(750 V to < 1000 volts) in the AEC-Q100 documentation.

CDM should be 1kv for this device. I will check and update .

System took sometime to figure out the different spec between JESD22 and AEC (automobile)
after system guy review, we are not going to change datasheet since these two different spec, one is for JESD22, the other is for AEC.
