I was originally too embarrassed to ask this on a forum but have decided to do so anyway. I have considerable experience in technology but not enough that I do not need to ask you this question:
What exactly does TI do? I know you from the 60's as a maker of calculators and IC chips. Today, my interests are in the field of motor control and I see that you offer chips specifically tailored to that. But you give the impression that you are more than a specialized chip supplier; when you list 'Motor Drivers' under your product category, you imply that you don't just supply the chips but the entire boards such as: https://www.trinamic.com/ or https://odriverobotics.com/, but it doesn't appear to me that TI does this - so I'm genuinely not clear about understanding your claims of being a 'solutions provider'? Where should I draw the line between your claims of offering key IC components and software and for things such as 'motor drivers' and actually offering the motor drivers themselves as you claim to do? Take this TI DIY video for example: Bro and his buds sit in front of a white board with coffee and pizza, like we all can do and gets this brilliant idea to build his own scooter!! Hey, why not contact TI for the motor driver and other important things, and just as simple as snapping pieces of Lego blocks together, Bro is seen scootering down to Disneyland, which all implies just how easy it all is and 'Just because you can, means you too should!!' - so what's hold you back!, just go on the TI website, >> select 'motor driver - brushless', maybe download some 'software' you've seen on a TI youtube video and vualla, click the motor driver up to your motor and hand controls with appropriate wire harnesses and there you have it; you're a maker!!
So seriously, I'm not trying to be funny but I have been homeless and am about to be again and I know that creating a circuit design which incorporates a few specific components to make a motor driver is not something that many individuals or groups of people have the skill set for; but you at TI are giving the impressions that these issues shouldn't hold anyone back because look at all those kids hovering around the maker trade show booths on TI's youtube channel, implying that dealing with TI is all a piece of cake and any project they dream up is just a FedEx click away from reality. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYrjFvJBWGE&list=PLISmVLHAZbTSrfrpQxTh9K_veGhT7gwIT&index=2

So in summary: I'm very serious, I need to develop some solutions and TI is representing themselves as offering COMPLETE solutions - can you please clarify this because it seems to me to be gross misrepresentation?
By the way, despite making huge claims to your abilities, the TI website is bloated and confusing to navigate and offers no direct phone support for such questions, your 855 266-3113 toll free number should operate from my region but does not.
