DP83848C: Lost connection when doing plug test

Hi 

we see an issue when doing plug test (our system still power on) we will lost link and can not link to the original IP. 

Below is our current schematics, can you help review, if any suggestion to solve this issue ?

    Hello,

    How have you confirmed that you have lost link?

    Are you able to share the register dump before and after the link is loss?

    Can you probe the XI clock and ensure it is stable and the spec meets the ppm requirements in the datasheet?
