Hi Team,
My customer wants to know which process is used in TPD4E05U06, Mesa type or Planar type.
Could you tell me which type is used in TPD4E05U06?

Hi Takashi,
Welcome to E2E!
I'm currently discussing with the team to find out if this can be shared with the customer as manufacturing items are usually confidential.
Why do the customers need to know the manufacturing process for the TPD4E05U06?
Having a reason could help the team come to a decision on whether we can share this information.
Best regards,
Andy Robles
Hi Andy-san,
Thanks for your prompt response on this.
I just check the reason why they need to information. It seems that the company rules prohibit to use mesa-type diodes in new design. So this question can be closed if you can mention that it is not a mesa-type structure.

Hi Takashi,
We aren’t too familiar with the term mesa, but from what we can tell when searching this term we don’t believe our product is mesa. Could you or the customer give us more of an understanding on what you mean mesa or mesa process is?
Best regards,
Andy Robles
Hi Andy-san,
Thanks for checking in. OK, Let me check that to them.

Hi Takashi,
Thank you for looking for confirmation on mesa process type. Once we have that information I can check with the team to ensure if the process type we use in mesa or not.
Best regards,
Andy Robles
Hi Andy-san,
I got the information from them but it's confidential. So I will send it to you offline.
