TCAN1042-Q1: When inserting CAN test tool into the Cluster, the CAN test tool is down.

Hi Team,

My customer use TCAN1042-Q1 in their cluster project to replace TJA1042-Q1.

However, when inserting CAN test tool into the Cluster(Connect to TCAN1042-Q1), the CAN test tool is down. But when changing to TJA1042, the CAN test tool could work normally.

This tool has used by customer for a long time, customer couldn't find the SCH or Code of the test tool.

Have you ever met such a situation?

    This isn't expected.  What do you mean that the test tool is down?  Can you please check the CANH and CANL waveforms both for a working and non-working case?  Are other nodes present on the network besides the test tool and the cluster?  How is termination implemented?  What data rate is used?  Can you share schematics of the tool and cluster?  Is this issue encountered when the devices are operating in normal mode or in standby (i.e., devices not waking up properly)?
