DP83848K: Clock reference

Hi Team we have implemented the below circuit for using ethernet PHY between MCU and an ethernet switch. We are planning to give OSC output to both ethernet PHY and MCU. Will there be any issue while doing that, What kind of issues w might face and how to mitigate that. Please help here. I have uploaded the property PDF of scehmatics design FYR.Ethernet_PHY.pdf

Hello Diwakar,

I dont see any issue. Still to make sure that you can measure the signal integrity of clock going into XI of phy and MCU, do have a measurement probe very close to the phy and mcu. This will help you validate that oscillator is able to drive both MCU and phy well.
