Hi 

My customer are using TJA1042T  with split circuit. 

Can TCAN1042H-Q1 do drop in replacement for TJA1042T without PCB and BOM change ?

Like to make sure if TCAN1042H-Q1 can be used in this way or not ?

    Hi PY,

    Yes, this is no problem.  Pin 5 on TCAN1042H-Q1 is not connected internally, so it can be connected to an external split termination network without issue.  Please let us know if you have any further questions.
