I find that temperature information in datasheet conflicts. 

So, which one is correct? Thanks!

    Hi Jimmy,

    -40 C to +85 C is correct.  The device was originally specified across the narrower range, but we later recharacterized it and modified our test program to support the wider range based on market needs.  The datasheet was updated accordingly, but some of our other internal parametric databases used to generate the package orderable addendum and the ti.com parametric info were not.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention; I will work with the team to get this corrected.
