Hello,

I'm using the TCAN1042-Q1 and my application can rise in temperature to 105C intermittently. Can you let me know how my loop delay time will be affected?

  • The delay at 25C is around 105ns, whereas the delay at 105C is around 120ns. So delay time will be increase by 15ns. 

  • Hi Eric,

    Looking into the datasheet of the TCAN1042-Q1, you can expect to see an increase in loop delay time as temperature increases. At around 105C, you can expect your total loop delay time to be ~120nS. 

    I have attached a graph from the datasheet to show the correlation.
