If the time of powerring down is smaller than TVCC_ft(min), is there any risk to damage to TCA6424A?

Hey Saito,

Those spec's mentioned are there to ensure the device powers up correctly. Violating those specs should not cause damage to the device if the voltage levels are within the absolute maximum ratings.

So to answer, no, No risk of damge to TCA6424A if your fall time is faster than the minimum.
