I found recommended external Xtal value in the datasheet.

However, I would like to know recommended Xtal vendor.

Could you please let us know if you have any information?

    Hello Hide-san,

    We do not recommend any specific crystal vendor for this device.  The recommended R/C values above are a suggestion based on typical crystal characteristics, but could be modified slightly as needed to support a given crystal device.  Generally it is likely best to pick a crystal which could support similar load capacitances to what is shown in this figure, though, since the crystal driver circuit is known to work well with this recommended loading.
