Hi team,

We are using the Part SN65LVDT390PWR. 

The thermal data for Package Drawing "PW"  is not available in Data sheet.

Please Provide The Following data for the same.

    Hi Karthik,

    Please find thermal information below:

    ΘJA = 104

    ΘJC(top) = 30.8

    ΘJB = 51.1

    ψJT = 1.6

    ψJB = 50.4

    There aren't any specifications for Tjmax, but you can estimate the maximum junction temperature with Tjmax= TAmax + (Pd x θJA)

    where TA is the operating free-air temperature and Pd is the power dissipation.
