Hi team,

Could you give me recommended devices for the following customer requirement? Does TI have options other than TPD4E02B04?

<Requirement>

1. 10Gbps support (10G Ethernet)

2. Low capacitance (up to 0.3pF)

3. Low leakage current (up to 100nA)

4. Having pin assignment that the one side is anode, the other side is cathode. 

5. Unidirectional

6. Small size

    Welcome to E2E!

    In our ESD portfolio we only have 5 devices that have capacitance of 0.3pF or lower, but they are all bi-directional devices. Would the customer be okay with using a bi-directional device in their application?

    The uni-directional devices we have do have a slightly higher capacitance around 0.5pF. A capacitance of 0.5pF will have some insertion loss at 10Gbps and might not be able to meet customers requirements. If their system is capacitance sensitive I would suggest going with a bi-directional device if the customer can accept it.
