TCAN4550-Q1: Vccout, Vio and Crystal/CLKIN timing diagram

Part Number: TCAN4550-Q1

Hi

i got some questions regarding Vccout, Vio and Crystal/CLKIN timing diagram can you help ?

1. does Vccout need to wait Vio goes up and crystal begin to send our clock to have output ?

2. the criteria for Vccout to have output ?

3. is it correct if Vio = 0V,  Vccout will not have output even there is power on Vsup ?

  • Hi PY,

VCCOUT will be enabled when the device is in an active mode and the VSUP voltage is large enough (>UVSUP).  It does not require VIO to be present or the clock signal to be stable.  VCC, VIO, and the input clock should all be stable before transitioning out of standby mode, though.  Please let us know if it is unclear or if you have further questions.

    Regards,
    Max
