PCA9557: about thermal resistance, Rjt, Rjc and Rjb

Would you please provide PCA9557 Rjt, Rjc and Rjb information to me? Datasheet only lists Rja. Plus, what is the max Junction temp of PCA9557.

We only see Rja in datasheet, other information is not found in datasheet. Hope you can help.

Hi Joyce,

For a recommended max Tj, we typically give +5C of the Ta value so this would give us 90C.

For an absolute maximum, since this is an older device I recommend 105C as the absolute max.
