TUSB8041-Q1: Is it possible to swap upstream and downstream?

Thanks for your support.

Customer will use host(upstream) and slave(downstream). But in sometimes they want to swap it. Is it possible for this device?

(For example, smartphone send the picture for automotive navi display)

Hi Yuta,

Unfortunately TUSB8041-Q1 does not support this feature. Upstream port should always be connected to the USB Host. In your example it this a Type-C application?

I'm not sure whether it is type-C or not. But I heard it will be used for TOYOTA smart device link.
