PCA9306: Can i drive the EN pin with an open drain AND gate?

Hi team,

in the datasheet, it only references a design where VREF2 (ex. 3.3V) drives EN pin.

is it ok to instead drive the EN pin with an open drain AND gate also powered at 3.3V?

are there any design concerns to consider?
