Why Rt2 is not 120 but 133? How to set the value of Rt2?

    The higher value is used so that the effective differential resistance (i.e., between inverting and non-inverting lines) remains 120 Ohms even when considering the effect of the pull-up and pull-down resistances.  For a more detailed derivation, you can reference this application note:
