Hello expert,
How can we judge if IEC 61000-4-4 = 80A(5/50ns) meaning? Since my customer has fail result in 2kV test on IEC 61000-4-4, they want to know if they can pass this spec when they add this ESD. Thanks a lot!!
Best regards,

Hello Ann,
According to the datasheet, "The I/O pins can withstand an electrical fast transient burst of up to 80 A (5/50 ns waveform, 4 kV with 50-Ω impedance)." This is level 4 protection according to IEC 61000-4-4, the highest level. Did you need more information or does that answer your question?
