According to below thread, the worst-case differential input-clock jitter tolerance is 50ps(min) at 165MHz clock.

My customer will use at 65MHz clock.

In this case,could please you tell me the jitter spec (max/min)?

Very sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we don't have data for the jitter tolerance at 65 MHz. You can use the 133ps mentioned in the thread you posted as a reference instead.
