TPS65988DJ: Billboard string and information question on Macbook

Hi all,

 My customer use 988DJ+982BB on their new project. They've set their company data on GUI, but can't be read on Macbook. Would you please helping to check what's the problem in pjt's setting or FW? Thanks for your kindly help.
