TUSB1002A: USB3.2 x2 application

we have one chip solution TUSB1044

Hi Brian,

We've discussed this with our customer but they would prefer to control mode and EN pin by hardware. Do we have a reference design in implementing this, if they could consider the TUSB1044 in this use case?

Hi Brian,

Thank you very much for your help. They have a follow-up questions particularly on the CHx_EQx pin. They want to control the EQ gain of the first TUSB1002A to have the same EQ gain of of the 2nd TUSB1002A. So they connected the CHx_EQx pin of TUSB1002A # 1 to the CHx_EQx pin of TUSB1002A # 2. TMUX1204 was used to control the 4-level setting. Are there any implications or possible functional problem in this configuration?

If they is connected together, can I control 4-level setting?

the setting for two devices may be different that's why it's better to control seperately

if same setting , may be can control together
