Can you explain more for your question?
from my understanding, we plan to release a new BGA169 package for the XIO2001. Is this correct? If yes, when do we plan to release it?
Hi Brian,
Could you please already share the drawing and TI package reference that will replace BGA MICROSTAR (ZGU) | 169 ?
Also what will be the new OPN (orderable part numbers) that will replace the below OPNs:
XIO2001IZGU
XIO2001IZGUR
XIO2001ZGU
Thanks in advance,
A.
XIO2000AZZZ | XIO2000AZAV | RTM February 2021 |
XIO2001IZGU | XIO2001IZWS | RTM February 2021 |
XIO2001IZGUR | XIO2001IZWSR | RTM February 2021 |
XIO2001ZGU | XIO2001ZWS | RTM February 2021 |
Will the new ZWS have the same pinout as the ZGU? That is, can I use the ZGU in the short term and cut over to the ZWS early next year by simply placing the new part?
The nFBGA package was designed as a P2P replacement for the (unexpectedly discontinued) MicroStar BGA package. The pinout must be the same.
