Hi team,

My customer is using DS90UB913A and DS90uB914A with STP cable.

They need a STP cable requirement. I found SNLA229 app note, but it describes about coaxial cable.

Could you give me a STP cable requirement for DS90UB913A/914A like insertion loss and differential impedance?

we don't qualify the STP cable in details, but the typical application in the market is based on the DACAR535 cable with below feature, please refer to below as typical value for reference.

also, for the diff. impedance request, pls check below:

PCB trace: 100+/-5%

cable: 100 +/-10%

connector: 100 +/-20%

Thanks. DACAR 535-2 is STQ cable, right? Is there any reference data of S11 and S21 for recommended STP cable?
