Part Number: TCAN1145-Q1
Inquiry about differences in part spec.
Please check the difference between the two parts below.
PTCAN1145DQ1 / TCAN1145DMTRQ1
In my opinion, it is recognized as the same part, but the customer has inquired about the difference between the two parts.
And please check if the unit price of the two parts is the same or different. Please answer as soon as possible.
The only difference between these two parts is the package type. D refers to the SOIC package which has leads with an 8.65mm x 3.9mm body size, DMT refers to the VSON package which does not have leads with a 4.5mm x 3.0mm body size.
If you look on the TI.com store, you can see the unit price varies between the different packages of this device, with the DMT package having a higher price of the D package by ~1 cent. So there is a price difference based on package.
