MAX3232E: Output impedance during power down

Part Number: MAX3232E

Team,

My customer is using MAX3232E in their computer project. They have two RS232 port paralleled.

They reported, if they power down the LDO of one piece of MAX3232E, but keep the other RS232 port enabled. it will have the leakage current from the powered down MAX3232E output PIN14 to the VCC, and the VCC became 2.xV. At this moment, the PIN11 is held to high.

But if they pull down PIN11, the leakage will be gone.

So the questions, if we have the solution can make the leakage gone, if PIN11 is still high, and the VCC LDO is disabled, and PIN14 is high.
