Is there solution could provide GPIO Short-to-Battery & Short-to-ground protection.

This is for Automotive proprietary connector interface .

Hi Terry,

Thanks for reaching out. For Short-to-Battery and Short-to-ground protection, please take a look at the TPD3S714-Q1. However, the TPD3S714-Q1 was designed primarily for the USB 2.0 interface so the device supports voltages from 0 to 0.3+Vin and has a Ron -3dB bandwidth of 860MHz. As long as these are compatible with your GPIO interface, it should be a suitable solution.

Due to 32 gpio need protection.

Got it. BTW. Is TPD3S714/716 could protect RS485 differential pair short-to-battery and GND ?

Hi Terry,

Unfortunately not. The TPD3S71X OVP threshold is too low for RS485. Normal working voltage range would trip the OVP threshold and turn off the FETs.
