TPD1E05U06-Q1: Looking for smaller Diode

I am using these diode with our USB 3.0\USB 3.1 IOs, however we are having trouble with the routing. Are there any other smaller components available (it would help us a lot if we could go down to lets say a size equivalent to 0201)?

BTW: The TPD4E05U06-Q1 does not help us as the individual diodes are easier to route !?

Hello,

We do not have any smaller auto qualified parts for USB 3.0.

However if auto qualled parts is not a requirement we have several parts smaller than can help in saving space.

Dear Cameron,

We only need industrial (-40 deg C to +85 deg C) and not auto qualified !

What smaller parts do you have to offer ?

Shmuel,

We have ESD122 which is a 2 channel in the DMX (0402) package that helps with differential pair and is for high speed such as USB3.0.

We have TPD1E04U04DPL which has same cap as TPD1E05U06 but much lower clamping voltage, and TPD1E01B04DPL which has much lower cap than the other two devices

I see the differences in these parts in the following comparison

Could you please explain the significant differences in these parameters and what type of expected impact I can assume if I change to one of the smaller packages.

I will be using these diodes to protect a standard Type C Supper Speed USB 3.0 design along with USB 2.0 High speed signals - will all of these diodes suffice ?
