I have a question about the voltage translation, as the block shown below, the signal level from module board is 0V~5V, but the VCC and VL of TRS3122E is 1.8V, is it possible to damage TRS3122E ? can the TRS3122E works normal ?

Joseph,
This won't result in any damage since the DOUT/RIN ports of TRS3122E are designed to handle RS-232 signal levels, which are typically at least 5 V. You may want to check logic level compatibility between the devices if the module interface is really 0 - 5 V, though, since this would be different than a standard RS-232 interface. (One thing that may be confusing here is that if you have an RS-232 transceiver that is powered from 5 V, it likely uses a charge pump circuit to generate higher-voltage positive and negative rails to use for the RS-232 signaling. If you could share a part number or schematic I could help confirm.)
