Do we have CAN to UART or CAN to I2C bridge/converter solution or any reference design that showcase this?

I found this e2e thread on CAN to I2C that says none, but it's a 2015 post, any existing design now or currently in development?

Customer have considered using P82B96 for I2C to CAN conversion.
