Hello...
I am trying to establish the 1000 Media converter mode I am not able to ping to any network. I noticed one thing based on the register read the SERDUS_SYN enable and LINK UP is not happen. I probed the SFP signals SI_P and SO_P differential signals I am receiving. the signal detects (SD) PIN also changing from LOW to HIGH. When now fiber the SD pin is low when I connect the SD pin moving to HIGH. Please let me know how to overcome the link-up issue?
