I am involved in the design of an application that will use the DP83TD510E IC. Evaluation is in process using a DP83TD510E-EVM.  I need to create a layout for a  DP83TD510E-EVM board with modifications for out specific application.  

Is it possible to obtain Altium and/or Eagle CAD documentation for the schematic and layout of the DP83TD510E-EVM? I can import either format.  This will save me much time and cost in developing the hardware.
