DP83869HM: Lead coating non-wetting with solder

Good day. Unfortunately, we received a complaint from the customer, he soldered on an automatic line and received 70 percent of the scrap. Component leads are not wetted with solder during automatic soldering. The photo shows that the color of the leads is not uniform. The three pins of a component have different colors and shades. In addition, we carried out a solderability test according to JEDEC STD-002D: "Test A - Tin / Lead Solder - Solder Pot / Immersion and Appearance Test". This test confirmed that the pins were not solderable. We have problems for our clients. Could you comment on this case. We tried the recommended profile, but it didn't work. Therefore, we have two questions:
1. Our customer has already tried different thermal profiles, including the recommended one, and they are not soldered.
2. Can you confirm that the Dark color of the contacts (1 or 2 of 3) is normal? This is not a matte shade TI. It's a shade of red to blue on a single pin.

The shade is certainly abnormal. Can you specify more on the soldering process ? I suspect this is after the soldering Also, can you refer to the document that followed the process? Thanks.

Thanks for the answer. I want to specify. You can see the component before soldering. These components look like this on the ribbon. Look at the photo. It can be seen that the pins have a problem under the film.

Thank you for the answer.The client used the recommended profile. However, the component leads were not wetted. In our laboratory, we ran the JEDEC STANDARD External Visual JESD22-B101B test «Test A -Tin/Lead Solder – Solder Bath/Dip and Look Test». The result was also negative. the leads are not wetted with solder.In the attachment you can see the labels

It appears you have sent the label for the DP83869HM device, which is not the device pictured in your other photos. Do you have your label for the DRV5013ADQDBZT?
