DP83825I: vs DP83848M

Part Number: DP83825I
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DP83848M, DP83825

We currently use the DP83848M, but need to spin our PCB for thermal reasons.  It appears the DP83825I will consume less power overall when compared to DP83848M.  The datasheets don't provide a nice apples to apples comparison.  At this time, I'm not looking to take advantage of some of the advance power saving modes of the DP83825I, just the straight up default.

DP83848M:  RMII mode, 100BASE-TX, 3.3V.

DP83825I:  RMII slave mode, 100BASE-TX, 3.3V for all rails.

Which will consume less power?

Thanks, Dean
