A customer inquired about the difference between TUSB211 and TUSB216.

Please explain the difference between the two parts.

    Hi MJ,

    I recommend looking at TUSB216I specifically. TUSB216I has better redriving capability than TUSB211. TUSB216I includes AC and DC boost in the BOOST setting while TUSB211 only includes AC boost. TUSB216I adds CDP function for BC 1.2 applications. TUSB216I also adds a wider VCC range as well.
