Hi Team, we would like to confirm if the NC or the No Connect pin has no internal connections.
Thank you.
In addition, do we have a supporting document for this since the datasheet has limited information.
Thank you
Hi Mark,
Datasheets typically don't have information on whether or not NC pins have internal connections. We would need design to look into this, but unfortunately the design databases for this device is too old for them to open. This information isn't required for operation of the device though - these pins simply need to be left unconnected.

Hi I.K.
Thank you for responding.
The reason behind this request is that one of my customers has a company policy that no pins should be left floating. They just want to ensure that if they put it into the ground there is no adverse effect assuming that there are no internal connections.
In addition, do you have some recommendations for bypass capacitors on 3V3?
Thank you

Hi Mark,
Customer should just leave the NC pins unconnected. For bypass capacitors they can reference the EVM as an example: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu040a/sllu040a.pdf (schematic near the bottom).

I.K.
